Dinosaur Necklace with Natural Zircon

This is a small yet highly detailed dinosaur pendant, hand-cast here in Australia out of high quality, premium pewter.

The pendant is attached to a link with a genuine zircon nugget. These nuggets are polished and faceted yet might have the odd nick as they are natural gemstones. Shape and size may vary a bit.

Zircon is the world's oldest gemstone. In 2014 a microscopic fragment of Zircon was found in Western Australia that was 4.4 billion years old. This discovery in the Jack Hills region of WA was significant because the Zircon crystallised at the same time as the surface of the planet began to cool.

All metal of this necklace is solid stainless steel, durable and attractive.

The necklace measures 18 inches with a 3 inch extension chain (45cm + 7.5cm). Total length of the pendant is 1 1/2 inches,4cm. The dinosaur measures 2cm in length (3/4 of an inch), 1 cm in height (1/2 inch).
